Our mission
We give companies of all sizes—as well as individuals—access to the best cash investment products, typically reserved for large corporations and institutional investors.
Our products are available through a web interface, via API, or through a growing network of distribution partners.
Unlike banks, which tend to offer rigid investment products with complex contractual terms, our offering is simple, transparent, and highly flexible.
About Spiko
Founded in mid-2023 by Antoine and Paul-Adrien, Spiko is a fast-growing fintech now helping 800 companies put several hundred million euros in idle cash to work.
Our culture
We foster a culture of excellence rooted in transparency, humility, and performance.
This mindset shapes how we make decisions, how we share information internally, and how we design and sell our products.
As a Compliance Officer at Spiko, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our operations comply with AML and MiFID regulations

- MiFID compliance: you will monitor the application of the MiFID customer protection procedures (client categorization, appropriateness test, compliance of promotional content, etc.)
- Internal control: you will be in charge of implementing certain control measures (i.e. second level of permanent control) in relation to AML and MiFID compliance
- Reporting to regulators: you will prepare the annual compliance reports to regulatory authorities, and participate to discussions with regulators
- Procedures, IT tools, and outsourced providers: you will draft and/or update operational procedures, and work closely with the tech team to ensure that they are implemented. You will also participate to the selection and configuration of IT compliance tools, and will negotiate and monitor the agreements with outsourced providers.
- Advising internal stakeholders: you will advise the operational and sales teams on compliance matters
Ideal profile
- Academic background: you graduated from a law university or a business school, ideally with a degree in banking and financial law or banking/financial compliance
- Experience: you have at least 2 years of experience in the compliance department of a fintech or a banking/financial institution or in a consulting firm (Big Four or independent firm specialized in regulatory compliance/outsourced internal control)
- Knowledge of financial regulation: previous experience with AML regulation and the MiFID framework is expected. Experience with other regulatory frameworks (such as DORA and GDPR) is a plus, but if not, we’ll train you.
