Our mission
We give companies of all sizes—as well as individuals—access to the best cash investment products, typically reserved for large corporations and institutional investors.
Our products are available through a web interface, via API, or through a growing network of distribution partners.
Unlike banks, which tend to offer rigid investment products with complex contractual terms, our offering is simple, transparent, and highly flexible.
About Spiko
Founded in mid-2023 by Antoine and Paul-Adrien, Spiko is a fast-growing fintech now helping more than 2,000 companies put several hundred million euros in idle cash to work.
Our culture
We foster a culture of excellence rooted in transparency, humility, and performance.
This mindset shapes how we make decisions, how we share information internally, and how we design and sell our products.
Your missions as a Regulatory Counsel at Spiko

You will ensure the legal compliance of our activities in the countries where we are passported, in relation with local external counsel if needed.
- Partnership and distribution agreements: you will negotiate various types of partnership and distribution agreements with distribution partners. Once the agreements are signed, you will be involved in the ongoing supervision of these distributors.
- UCITS and AIF regulatory documentation: you will be involved in the legal/regulatory design of the investment products that we distribute (mainly UCITS and AIFs). In relation with the asset managers of these products, you will maintain and update the regulatory documentation (i.e. prospectus, KID PRIIPS, marketing materials) and ensure their regulatory compliance.
