As an Account Executive at Spiko, you’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
- Outbound: you’ll prospect to build your pipeline (cold emailing, cold calling)
- Inbound: you’ll respond quickly to inbound leads
- Closing: you’ll support clients all the way through to depositing funds on the platform
- Collaboration: you’ll work closely with teams like Customer Success and Legal to ensure smooth handoffs
- Reporting: your CRM is always up to date.
Ideal profile
- Academic background: you graduated from a business school, engineering school, or university
- Experience: you have at least 3 years of successful sales experience and a strong track record
- Market: experience in finance is a plus, but not required—we’ll get you up to speed. What matters most is a genuine interest in the field. You’ll be expected to obtain your AMF certification (covered by Spiko)
- Mindset: you’re highly ambitious and eager to be one of the first members of a team striving for excellence
