As a Growth Marketer at Spiko, you’ll drive user acquisition by crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies
- Acquisition: develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel growth marketing campaigns (digital advertising, email, SEO/SEM, social media, partnerships) to drive user acquisition and conversion
- Experimentation/testing: conduct A/B tests and growth hacking experiments to accelerate user growth and improve conversion rates
- Retention: build and execute retention and reactivation campaigns to improve user lifetime value and engagement
- Analysis: Analyze user data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing spend for maximum ROI
- Reporting: monitor and report on key performance metrics to senior management, providing insights and actionable recommendations
- Trends: stay up-to-date with fintech trends, competitor activities, and emerging growth marketing tools and techniques.
Ideal profile
- Experience: you have at least 3 years of successful growth marketing experience and a strong track record of driving user acquisition and growth through paid and organic channels
- Tech-savvy: you’re data-driven, passionate about leveraging top-tier software, and a pro at automation
- Market: experience in fintech is a plus, but not required—we’ll get you up to speed. What matters most is a genuine interest in our space and products
